Meningioma

Axial and coronal T2, axial FLAIR and coronal post contrast T1 show large extaaxial tumor compressing left frontal lobe. Giant meningioma. Tumor has homogeneous structure, is sharply demarcated. It is a slow growing tumor therefore you see no edema in the adjacent brain tissue. Note intense and homogeneous contrast enhancement and spoke wheel vascular pattern. Due to high vascularity meningiomas can occasionally bleed and on such occasion increase in size giving symptoms (not in this case).
